Your record on our database system holds your name, affiliation, whether you are a member of the Foundation and the contact email address you submitted to us. We will retain a record of general messages sent to our mailing list (for example, alerting you to upcoming events). We will retain copies of any individual emails sent to you for a period of 3 years.
In order to protect your personal data and to maintain its quality we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data, such as credit card details. SSL encryption is designed to make the data unreadable by anyone but us.
